XDP3500 is a water-miscible synthetic fluid made for machining and grinding hard metals like tungsten, carbide, copper, and cobalt. It’s stable, transparent, and has strong antioxidant properties. This helps achieve excellent finishes in machining and grinding tools, dies, and carbide parts.
XDP3500 prevents oxidation and corrosion, extending tool and machine life. It also avoids cobalt leaching, a common issue in hard metal machining. The fluid rejects foreign oils, improves cooling, and leaves no oily residue. This ensures a clean, high-quality finish and makes XDP3500 a cost-effective, high-performance solution for tough conditions.

Application
To use XDP3500, add it to water and shake gently. The water hardness should not exceed 400ppm. For general and normal grinding operations, the recommended concentration for use is between 3% to 6%. It is important to note that the final concentration should be adjusted based on the specific requirements of the operation and the water hardness.

- Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5ºC or above 40ºC
- Shelf life: 1 year
- Keep the container correctly closed after used to avoid evaporation or contamination.
