The YG-1 TB924 Series UNF Spiral Flute Tap is designed for high-performance tapping in stainless steel, soft steel, and nickel or titanium alloys. Made from HSS-E (M35) with 5% cobalt, it provides excellent heat resistance and tool strength. The VAP surface treatment minimises friction, while the spiral flute geometry ensures efficient chip evacuation in blind holes.
