The YG-1 GYG52 series Only One PM60 Powder Metal Cutter has 4 flutes and a weldon shank. These end mills range in diameter from 3mm-25mm and has a multiple helix. They provide excellent performance on stainless steels, pre-hardened steels, carbon steels, alloy steels and cast iron. The Multiple helix design reduces vibration in heavier machining applications, increases tool life and improves metal removal rates. Ideal for applications where carbide is too brittle, but HSS wears too fast.

• ASP60 Powder Metal substrate gives similar cutting performance and wear resistance to general carbide cutters.
• YG-1's own high performance 'Y1200' coating allows for machining up to 1200°C.
