The YG-1 GYF98 series long length Only One PM60 Powder Metal Cutters have 3-5 flutes and a weldon shank. The fine pitch rippers range in diameter from 6mm-25mm and have a 45° chamfer preparation to protect the cutting edge in demanding roughing operations. They provide excellent performance on stainless steels, pre-hardened steels, carbon steels, alloy steels and cast iron. Ideal for applications where carbide is too brittle, but HSS wears too fast.

• ASP60 Powder Metal substrate gives similar cutting performance and wear resistance to general carbide cutters.
• YG-1's own high performance 'Y1200' coating allows for machining up to 1200°C.
