The YG-1 GYF95 series Only One PM60 Powder Metal Cutters have 3-5 flutes and a weldon shank. The fine pitch rippers range in diameter from 6mm-25mm and have a 45° corner radiusaration to protect the cutting edge in demanding roughing operations. They provide excellent performance on stainless steels, pre-hardened steels, carbon steels, alloy steels and cast iron. The Multiple helix design reduces vibration in heavier machining applications, increases tool life and improves metal removal rates. Ideal for applications where carbide is too brittle, but HSS wears too fast.

• ASP60 Powder Metal substrate gives similar cutting performance and wear resistance to general carbide cutters.
