Advanced ‘Z Coating’ with an ultrafine micrograin carbide substrate supports long, consistent life in wet or dry cutting. It machines steels, hardened steels to 55 Rockwell, stainless steel and cast iron with accuracy. Diameters span 1–16 mm with 20–30% longer life versus X-Power and over 20% faster cutting. The 3 flute 38° helix geometry balances chip evacuation and finish for high speed precision.
