Question - Can I phone Sharp Edge Australia to ask any questions I might have ?
Absolutely, Just dial 1300 367 395 (9.00 am to 5.00 pm AEST - Monday to Thursday) and (9.00 am to 3.00 pm AEST - Friday) for the cost of a local call Australia-wide and one of our friendly staff will give you their full attention.

Question - I've just placed an order. When can I expect it to be delivered ?

We have a same day dispatch guarantee on all orders placed online, by phone or fax prior to 1:00 pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  Any orders received by us - Monday to Friday after 1:00 pm (or on weekends) will be dispatched the next business day. 
Your order will be delivered within 1- 3 business days to 98% of Australia, (94% of all orders we dispatch are received by our customers the next business day) while remote locations can expect up to 5 working days for delivery.

Question - I am not confident/comfortable ordering online, can I place my order using a different method ?

You are welcome to order by phone. To place your order over the phone please give us a call 1300 367 395 (9.00 am to 5.00 pm AEST - Monday to Thursday) and (9.00 am to 3.00 pm AEST - Friday)

Question - How secure are my credit card and personal details ?

Question - What payment options do I have ?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, or Amex.  Phone orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit.

Question - Do you guarantee the quality of your products ?

Yes, if you are not 100% happy with the quality of any of our entire range of products, simply return them to us within seven days of receipt for a friendly refund. We're so confident you'll love our products as much as we think you will, we'll even pay the postage back !

Question - How do I know that you have the items that I want in stock ?

It is our intention to keep items advertised online in stock, ready for shipping, but occasionally we get caught short inadvertently. If there is an excessive delay in shipping an item, you will be notified. At most times, parcels are sent within the next working day, once payment has been confirmed.

Question - Can I pick the item up from the shop ?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up the item/s from our store during normal opening times: (9.00 am to 5.00 pm AEST - Monday to Thursday) and (9.00 am to 3.00 pm AEST - Friday)
