ANNULAR CUTTER PINS
Annular Cutter Pins perform three functions:
Centering
The pilot pin accurately centres the cutter over the area to be drilled.
Cutting lubricant
During drilling, the pilot pin retracts and allows internal coolant to reach the cutting teeth.
Slug Ejection
When hole cutting is complete, the slug is automatically ejected from the cutter.
