Excision 4G MILL 4-flute Multiple Helix Rib Corner Radius End Mill (SEME64) - 20 is an Excision 4-flute geometry, corner-radius profile end mill for milling work that requires a defined corner radius. The range keeps the cutter geometry and size information close to each selectable option.
Product details
The SEME64 corner radius end mill has a special multiple helix geometry to prevent vibration in high performance cutting. It is available in diameters ranging from 1-20mm with a long neck design to prevent interference from the shank. The 4G Mill range from YG-1 offers unbeatable performance and accuracy in high speed machining of all carbon or alloy steels, pre-hardened steels (up to HRc55), stainless steel and cast iron. The micrograin carbide substrate and Y1200 coating offers extreme cutting life in temperatures up to 1,200°C.
