Excision XDP1000 Soluble Coolant is an Excision metalworking fluid supplied in the documented grade and pack size. Product identity is kept with the exact part number so the required fluid can be reordered consistently.
Product details
With its high oil content, XDP1000 delivers superior lubrication, resulting in an excellent surface finish and prolonged tool life. Free from harmful chemicals like chlorine and formaldehyde, it is safe for hands and fully WHS compliant. Works well on metals like steel, copper, and brass.

Application
XDP1000 is a concentrate that must be diluted in water with hardness between 50 to 500 ppm of CaCO3. Concentrate has to be added to water and not vice versa. The application concentration could be between 5% to 6% for light-duty operations and between 8% to 10% for heavy-duty ones.
